16 of 16 people found the following review helpful.I was really excited to receive the Britax Bassinet and find that it indeed clicks on to my B-Agile stroller. (I have posted a photo in the customer images section.) However, the internal base of the bassinet is made of particle board which off gasses a terrible smell that gave me a headache. I did some research and found that particle board can contain toxic chemicals such as Formaldehyde.Needless to say I'm packing this up and sending it back to Amazon. I'm sad because absent the particle board this product is very well made and I was looking forward to using it.

For long walks in the park or around town, our kiddo is much more comfortable stretched out in the bassinet. The sunshade of the bassinet has velcro which can be released to allow the cover to allow venting if you want a breeze to come through, or to block the sun from a different angle. The padding is sufficient - firm yet comfy for baby. It is also removable and washable - just in case.You can also take the bassinet off the stroller, and set it on the ground (carefully) with baby inside, if necessary. For example, during a picnic, I wanted the baby on the ground with me so I could play with him, yet still keep him shaded and comfy.This is a great product, easy to use, and although you can only use it until baby is 20 pounds, well worth the price. I like the silver coloring rather than the black as the black absorbs too much sun, and I personally thought it would get too warm during summer months.
8 of 8 people found the following review helpful.I recently purchased the Britax B Ready Bassinet to go with a Britax B Agile stroller. As another Amazon reviewer already said, the B Ready Bassinet can be used with the B Agile stroller. As the Britax website, as well as packaging and manual for the bassinet indicate, this bassinet is compatible with any Britax stroller that has the Click & Go Integrated Adaptor System, which the B Agile does. The bassinet snaps into the adapters very easily. It is also light weight and collapses/folds up quite small when not in use for easy storage.If you want to use this bassinet with the B Agile stroller, you have to fully recline the seat (or remove the seat fabric entirely if you prefer) and you do have to remove the stroller's sun canopy, which comes off pretty easily.As one reviewer commented, the plywood in the bottom of the bassinet does smell when you take the bassinet out of the box. I purchased my stroller and bassinet well in advance - 12 weeks before my baby is due - so will have plenty of time to allow the bassinet to off-gas (i.e. air out) before the baby is born.I bought the B Agile stroller after extensive research and because I needed a small, lightweight stroller that will fit into the trunk of my small hatchback car, as well as the front hall of my urban condo. Space is at a premium in my car and my home, and the B Agile fits nicely in both.I originally salivated over the Uppa Vista stroller with bassinet and came close to buying the Guzzie & Gus Gugu 102. Sadly, neither of these would fit in the trunk of my car without being significantly dismantled. Not wanting to abandon the bassinet option, which will allow my infant to face me on walks, I was pleased to discover that the B Ready Bassinet is compatible with the B Agile stroller.I would recommend this product to others but do recommend airing it out for severals days to a couple of weeks before using it.
